Custom Orders and Built-to-Order Items
Custom orders, personalised items, or items built specifically to your specifications are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable for change of mind, as they fall outside standard cancellation rights.
However:
• Cancellations before production begins may be accepted at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking/administration fee to cover any costs incurred (e.g., materials ordered or design work).
• Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, and no refund will be issued.
